How to Make the Right Moves to Get Your Ex Back

Dealing with your ex after a breakup is tricky, especially if you’re trying to get her back. People in this situation don’t act the way you’d expect them to, and the approach you take that you think will help your case may actually make it all worse.

What you say and how you say it can make or break your efforts to get your ex back, and a lot of people take the entirely wrong path. The two most common approaches people make that are completely NOT what you want to do are:

1) Acting desperate. Don’t kill your chances of getting back together this way…the hostility is a great way to ensure your ex never wants to try again.

It’s a delicate process to get your ex back…it’s best to have a plan to guide you through all that you do, preferably one that’s stood the test of time and has been proven to work. There are things you can do or say that honestly do work, based on the way people feel after a breakup and what human nature pretty much dictates as the “rules.”

It has been almost two years since my ex and I ended things. I have dated many girls since then and all have failed in comparison to her. I have decided that I want her back. However, we have not talked in many months and I have no idea how I can go about this. Is there a step by step process that I can follow to start to get her back in my life? Or has it simply been to long and not even think about getting her back anymore? Please Help!

I think you should call her (if u have her number) or contact her some way, you could even drive to her house (which would be the best way). The you should tell her how you feel about her. Tell her everything (but don’t cry cuz that makes girls think ur too weak to protect them.) so after you tell her this ask her what she feels toward you. If she feels the same (loves you and misses you) ask her to be your one and only. if she agrees then visit her every holiday or break from school u can. BUT if she says she doesn’t feel the same about you and she thinks you should both go your separate ways. stop bothering her! don’t call her or show up at her place. this will show two things 1)that you love her enough to respect her wishes and 2)that you’re not desperate. she may also realize she misses you after a while (might, it’s not a guarantee tho)

Hey. There is this book called Magic of Making Up. You can order it or downloaded it off the internet. Its a book to get your ex back. I heard fanatical reviews about the book on their website. The author also reads emails people sent him about the book on videos. All of the emails said it worked.
I wanted to hear from actual people though.
So, has anyone read the Magic of Making Up. If so, then does it work or is it a scam?

I’m sure it will help some people in some circumstances but there is no way that it can possibly help everyone or in all situations

HI, so my ex an I broke up about 6 months ago and he started dating a new girl like a week after but still would talk to me all the time. We got in a few arguments and didn’t talk for about 3 months. You can try, but your chances aren’t good. They were much better 6 months ago.

My suggestions would be to never get into an argument with him (it reminds people why they broke up in the first place… or stopped talking to you for 3 months) and to hang out in person with him often enough where he is enjoying your company.

If he’s into the current girl, you’ll just have to wait in line until they break up. That can be anywhere from months to years.

Trying to get them to break up is a path down to hell that won’t lead to good results.

Good luck, but in all honesty, in the bigger picture of things you need to move on. There’s a reason you two broke up.

Get your own life; go out on a few dates with different people.

If he "really" wants to be with you; he’ll be there for you and will lose the current gf.
It’s not a competition between you and his current girlfriend; it’s about does he want to be with you.

If you turn this into a competition of you vs. every other woman he’s with or sees….
you will never have a very happy life.
